Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aura, an AI-powered work assistant built and operated by Whidbey Ventures. By using Aura, you agree to these terms.
01Who can use Aura
Aura is currently available by invitation only to teams and individuals who have been granted access by Whidbey Ventures. You must have a valid Google Workspace account from an authorized organization to sign in.
02Your account
Your Aura account is tied to your Google Workspace identity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@whidbeyventures.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
03Your content and connected tools
When you connect third-party tools (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, and others) to Aura, you authorize Aura to access and act on that data on your behalf. You retain ownership of your content. Aura processes your data only to provide the service you have requested.
04How AI output works
Aura uses AI models to generate responses, summaries, and suggestions. These outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with others. Do not rely on Aura output for decisions that require professional legal, financial, or medical judgment.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use Aura to send spam, generate content intended to deceive or harm others, or circumvent any security or access controls. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of this policy.
06Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at whidbeyventures.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you. By using Aura, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.
07Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to Aura at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable.
08Disclaimers
Aura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
